Giving Tree

PRCE has a $640,000 mortgage for 20 years. Our plan iS:

  • to pay the mortgage down

  • shorten the loan to 10 years

  • save on interest

The Giving Tree is the way to implement this plan. On the 1st of every month, all funds donated the previous month through Giving Tree will be applied to the loan principle. On the fifteenth (15th) of every month on this webpage the following will be announced:

  • a new loan total

  • years remaining on the loan 

  • interest saved

After 1 yeaR of Paying on the mortgage

December 15, 2025 PRCE has:

Remaining mortgage $594,269 

Loan down to 18.3 years

​

Years saved on loan is 1.7 years

Interest saved is $78,075​

​​​Each Donor will have a Tree leaf on the Giving tree at Pregnancy Resource Center East with their name and giving level. 

The Genesis - $500

The Shepherd - $750

The Cornerstone - $1,000

The Pillar - $2,500

The Covenant - $5,000

The Tabernacle - $10,000

The Foundation - $15,000

The Visionary - $20,000

The Jubilee - Donor chosen ($25,000 minimum)
