Giving Tree

PRCE has a $640,000 mortgage for 20 years. Our Goal is to pay off the 20-year loan within 10 years. To achieve this goal, we must:

  • Cut a minimum of 120 payments off the length of the loan by making extra payments.

  • We currently have 76 more payments to cut to reach our minimum goal.

  • Every Double Down payment we are able to make moves us quickly toward that goal. Any and every contribution made towards the Double Down project has great impact.

​ In June we had the opportunity to make a $30,000 “Double Down” payment which resulted in the following:

 

  • This one Double Down payment saved us $58,173.84 in interest and reduced the loan by seventeen (17) payments.

  • In total, all our Double Down payments combined have saved us $157,975.74 in interest and have cut 44 payments off the length of the loan.​​

The Giving Tree is the way to implement this plan. On the 1st of every month, all funds donated the previous month through Giving Tree will be applied to the loan principle. On the fifteenth (15th) of every month on this webpage the following will be announced:

  • a new loan total

  • years remaining on the loan 

  • interest saved

The Genesis - $500

The Shepherd - $750

The Pillar - $2,500

The Covenant - $5,000

The Tabernacle - $10,000

The Foundation - $15,000

The Visionary - $20,000

The Jubilee - Donor chosen ($25,000 minimum)
