Giving Tree

PRCE has a $640,000 mortgage for 20 years. Our Goal is to pay off the 20-year loan within 10 years. To achieve this goal, we must:

  • Cut a minimum of 120 payments off the length of the loan by making extra payments.

  • Every Double Down payment we are able to make moves us quickly toward that goal. Any and every contribution made towards the Double Down project has great impact.

​the first two years of the loan, we were able to make $85,000 in additional principle
payments. These extra payments have saved us $183,600.00 in interest payments and have
cut off 53 loan payments.

The Giving Tree is the way to implement this plan. On the 1st of every month, all funds donated the previous month through Giving Tree will be applied to the loan principle. On the fifteenth (15th) of every month on this webpage the following will be announced:

  • a new loan total

  • years remaining on the loan 

  • interest saved
